I hired Eugene in recommendation of a co-worker who used him 5 years ago. She said he made the process make sense for her after firing her prior female attorney. She said he was interested in her case and stood up for her both times she went to court. My case was contested every step of the way and my wife's lawyer was very loud and over bearing. Eugene handled her lawyer at every turn. His years if doing this type of work really paid off. She and her lawyer kept my kids from me and tried to extract every penny from me that they could. Eugene exposed their tactics and won over both the magistrate and the judge. No doubt, he is not cheap but knows this business and the players at court inside and out. He is really on his game and you really do with his representation, get what you pay for. I can't give him and his staff enough praise. Like my friend said, you can waste time and money elsewhere or hire the best right from the beginning. I'm very satisfied with the results.

To sum it up...horrible! Extremely over priced. Very quick to work it out of the court room..even if u have already paid him close to 12k. NEVER returns calls. Does NOTgo with the best Iinterest of his client. His motto "the quicker the better". Half of what he makes u pay un-reasonable amounts of money for u could do yourself! Save yourself tons of $ and irritation. ..shop elsewhere

Eugene is AMAZING, I worked with 4 other attorneys and all of them just went through the motions. The second we met his 1st question to me was " What are your goals, What do you hope to accomplish" He followed through with Every single thing that he said he would do, he kept me informed and updated through the entire court process. His billing is more then fair, You alway hear you get what you pay for, I not only got that but 150% more then what I expected. Not only Eugene but his entire staff went way way above and beyond for me. If you are in a divorce case or a custody battle my first piece of advice would be you better retain Eugene before your spouse does. I have dealt with a number of attorneys over the years but I have never seen anything like this man he is a super star in and out of the court room. I cant give enough praise to this gentelman. Thank you for everything
