If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable, professional, and personalbe Attoney who takes the time to understand your situation, then Margaret(Peggy)Herlitzka is who you want on your team. I did my due diligence and met with three other attorneys in LaCrosse prior to retaining Peggy. At our firt meeting she LISTENED, answered my questions and gave me options to consider. Peggy made my concerns a priority and used her Knowledge/Experience and Fortitude to make sure that I was headed in the right direction while achieving a successful outcome. I am grateful to her for keeping me grounded during difficult & emotional times, and also being able to look at each issue from multiple angles. She was easy to communicate and never made me feel as if any question was too dumb to ask. Her support staff Marlane, Theresa & Courtney were great to work with as well. Most importantanly she was HONEST with every answer. I don't wish a divorce on anyone EVER, but if you do, she is your person!

This attorney filed lots of unnecessary paperwork to pad the client bill. She caused lots of needless animosity between her client and the opposing client in a divorce case. It wasn't in her client's best interests in the long run. Much more expensive than similarly capable lawyers in the area.
