I rate this as best as I could discern from the overall experience, Mr. Chimarusti comes across as friendly and knowledgeable. To some degree would rather not hear what "can't" be done when attempting to get justice, but optimistic and like to cover all the bases "so to speak". First thing done was to collect $2K retainer (which lawyers don't ever try to give back)and sign contract, also stating that he would not go out of his way to update on the case, that my account statements (after the fact) would be my update on what was happening in the case, and that if I did not tell him where the other party in my case moved to (when the person didn't tell me, and moved in secrecy in the first place). Even though his work was done, supposedly communicating with foreign judgement lawyer in other state and then being charged by both was totally insulting when the overall result was way short of the supposed work and communication.
