Total lack of integrity and focus. She's abrasive, rude, doesn't listen, doesn't remember and makes serious mistakes. She sent a letter to the oppposing attorney saying I had agreed to their proposal when I told her not to communicate with him until she and I had talked. Her only interest is in making money without doing any work. Hands all work off to her underlings but makes an occasional "appearance" unprepared. She encouraged me to settle my case in mediation for far less than she told me I could expect while neglecting to mention she was leaving at the end of the week for 4 weeks in Africa. When I complained of a total lack of communication on her return, she told me "it's hard to get an email while on safari." Her young associate quit the same day. Need I say more?
