Mr. Whelan rocks. Yes, he costs money. But he's worth it. Very knowledgeable. Very aggressive. He cares about you. He fights for you.

Doesnt return calls, very expensive. Paid $3,500 was told I would probably get custody, ended up with joint. Sent some other attorney to my temp orders hearing, jacked that up, never told me anything. Then ended up wanting another two grand, when I didnt pay it he sued me. Great guy, NOT! Run from this one.

Mr. Whelan is worth every penny. He is knowledgeable and honest. It is easy to tell that his clients are his top priority. I will never go to another lawyer!

Doesn't return calls. Doesn't inform you in advance what documents to get for divorce. Will keep asking for money for his fees. Doesn't educate his clients.

this lawyer never returns phone calls he forgot to tell me about childsupport amount until two weeks after his vacation tends to be sympathetic towards the other side work ethics questionable
