Attorney had a very bad attitude. She was very unprofessional. She charged $1220.00 for 3 phone calls that we called to ask questions. We spent 2 hours at the most speaking with her on the phone. She did no court appearance just talk on phone to my son the client and charged $1220.00. When we question her about the charges she got extremely mad. We had given her a check for $5000.00 because she said she would charge $10000.00 before she would do anything on the case. We trusted her and she failed us because could not get the remaining $5000.00 and asked for our refund.We knew she would probably charge $500.00 at the very most for consultation but never $1220.00 for 3 phone calls.You better not use this attorney she will take your money without service She is very rude and very unprofessional.

Our experience with the Richardson law firm was horrible. Our case took over a 1.5 years - it should have taken about 3 months. Of course with such a drawn out case comes ridiculously increased fees. The staff was incompetent and made several egregious errors that prolonged the case. In addition there was a severe lack of communication and updates. I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
