Mr. Eley is the greatest, most professional workers comp lawyer I've encountered and had the pleasure to meet and work with. Every lawyer I tried to get to represent me turned me down. Their excuse was either not enough money from the case or that I had no case. Mr. Eley was more than happy to help me out. I highly recommend him for your workers comp case. You will not regret it. Mr. Eley,Thank you for remembering me, I thought you'd like a f/u of the case; Well the plaintiff sued me with 30 days left in the 3 yr. time limit. I submitted the paper work forwarded from CO to MD to my insurance Co., now they tell me it's the rent a car people that are first, then my insurance Co. will step up. Can't believe such slim exist by filing papers with the court with 30 day's left. I know your not in that field, but if you have a chance to look over the court document I'd greatly appreciate it. Mr Clifford Eley It's been 3 yr's now that I had the pleasure of your console. It dawned on me today that I should catch you up with my life since your intervention. First off you understand the hardships we 'working class' people have to endure. We have feelings, you have shown compassion,providing both the positive/negative of a workmen's comp case, your an honest man. I have been out of debt still out of work due to the MVA, but happy that I paid off my son's car. It's been awhile since we talked, You know Cliff I miss our conversations and e-mails, it felt that you made me part of the team, you always answered the phone, even when I forgot the time difference. Word of advice for anyone, esp. traveling medical personal, don't be pushed around, especially if you receive a letter from T_tans lawyers stating your not eligible to receive workman's comp.I didn't even ask for it, they were proactive, Cliff was smart and gave them room to think. I worked with Cliff in 1991 on a workmans comp. claim. Shortly after my discovery of the compensation I should expect, I informed him of what I desired. He immediately motioned to withdraw from my case. I contested that motion due to a hearing date only days away. I won the ammount I desired and he made more money as a result. I thought he would have learned something, so I returned to him for my recent injury. Mr. Eley was eager to take my case, as I had an independant medical examiner he desired to discredit. Following a hearing that was directed soley at discrediting the IME, Mr. Eley bailed on me in favor of Pinnacole Assurance (a state run Workers Compensation provider with a questionble ethics issue). I have more than enough evidence to sustain my case, most of which was never used. I have my transcripts! I do not recommend him or any associates. They are not concerned about the client, if it requires a true battle. He will not finish what he starts. Good Luck

Mr. Eley has now helped me twice to get an excellent result out of a case. First time back in 1995 with finally getting my SSDI approved. The second time with a personal injury claim that has ended quite successfully. With my SSDI case he got done in rapid succession winning my case for me that I'd spent two yrs.on Cliff is easy to work with extremely personable and very thorough and has great attention to detail. Cliff is tenacious and I've even heard from other attorneys that he is considered to at the top of field. I think that's quite a statement to have from peers. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Eley's services to ANYONE! Despite the jokes told about attorneys, Cliff is as honest as a millenium is long. You will be in good hands with Cliff Eley. I say this because of personal injury case, cliff was straightforward about how much I could get back for my injury and advised that I not take it to trial and advised me via phone calls-pro-bono. Injury not serious enough for large scale trial.
