The firm is set up so all the grunt work such as writing drafts and filing are given to associates who work like dogs with a promise of becoming a partner then canned. I went with him because I was told he was the best of the best I payed the guy $300,000 I could have paid $75,000 and done better elsewhere I know about every family law lawyer in the firm left Snadner suddenly so that should tell you something.
