It took 2 years to settle a car accident case. My child went to therapy for only 2 months. The other parties insurance even contacted me directly to settle but I decided to let Eric Blank settle it for me which was a HUGE MISTAKE. His assistant Grant is very incompetent. He had to redo the same paperwork sent to the court various times. This Attorney's office WILL NEVER call you about the status of your case. IF YOU DON'T CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS yourself THEN NOTHING WILL EVER GET DONE. I was truly afraid each time I called that I was going to find out that they were no longer in business. Doing business with this attorney felt like I was dealing with a scam. I had been told by Grant what the offer amount was, which I had written down but when I called AGAIN to check if the $ had been received I found out that the actual offer was less than what I had been told before. ONCE AGAIN, there was NO EXPLANATION FOR THE DISCREPANCY. After 2 yrs of wasted time, my child received $800.
