Very poor representation. Other than showing up for court and scurrying around, he won't do anything for you. Does not respond to phone calls and does not follow through on what he says he's going to do. You get the sense that he really doesn't care except when it's time to get his fee paid. He will take the path of least resistance for himself in negotiations and won't really remember the things you told him. He clearly does not care about his clients at all. If your custody or divorce case is important to you, stay away from him. You will lose everything that is important to you - and then he'll charge you top dollar.
