I hired Jason Bach and The Bach Law Firm to resolve a professional dispute for me. Unfortunately, the other side was unreasonable and despite Mr. Bach’s repeated efforts, and the case ended up in court. Jason and the Bach team were very diligent and thorough litigating the case. While we continuously attempted to settle, my case ended up at trial. Jason was very prepared and did a great job at trial, which we recently won. Because of the court system, it took a couple of years for us to get to trial. During that entire process, I found Jason and his team to be extremely competent as aggressive advocates and kept me informed the entire way. What most impressed me about his firm was that he personally went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed and met. I was pleasantly surprised at their transparency and communication around strategies, costs and research options. I would strongly recommend Jason Bach and his team to anyone in need of their services.

I hired him for my school case. For the initial information collection, he said positively about my case. However, after paying him the retainer fee. He disappeared for a long time. He gave me some possible solutions. However, he never gained my permission about which solution I would go under what circumstance. He just simply made the decision for me without my confirmation.
Originally, he said, you have a good shot, but after paying him fees, he put forth lots of reasons that why he could not win the case. He knew all the reasons, and knew all the fact, but he just did not tell me the truth before paying him.
Stay away from him. He is just a licensed money seeker, lack of professional attitude.

Told me he accepted my case after I proved a school disability discriminated me. 4 months not getting any response the told, finally confirmed he said he accepted my case. 4 months later he wrote a letter to the school. 2 months after the letter the school not responded then he wrote another letter. 2 months later he not got a response from the school bit sent me a letter saying the two letters was the how he represented me and closed my case. I hired hime 11 months before the statue of limitation but he not told me until 17 day before the limitation his representation was over. He wasted my $5,000 retainer and 13 months of my time and claimed the 2 letters was enough representation.

Initially told I had a fantastic case, and after paying a $15000 retainer I received the runaround. Emails and calls were regularly ignored. Awfully high and questionable charges. Felt like I was getting hosed. Sent an email not to do more work when $15000 was reached. Completely ignored and ran the bill up another $3700.Seemed to be only interested in my money. Out $15000,and my case ruined. Can't afford to start all over again. Should be reported as far as I am concerned.

very expensive with no tangible results.gave an estimate that the case would cost 40 to $50,000 and that was not even close. both my cases thrown out of federal court and after appeal filed in the 9th circuit, the most liberal court in the land, bach demanded $10,000 or he would discontinue representation. i asked for an agreement that if appeal was not sucessful then it is understood he did a poor job and that i would have a negotiated credit towards future work and i would give him the $10,000. he sent me a letter i received at 4:30 pm may 4th that if i did not contact him by 4:00pm may 4th he would file a motion to withdraw reprensentation. bach regularly ignored emails and phone calls to communicate. he regularly ignored my requests to look over items before they were turned in to court and instructions i gave to collect imformation to help make a better case. bach will take your money and bail out when you question his failure. benefit from my misfortune, hire someone else.

Shortly after I retained Jason Bach he stopped answering my emails and returning my calls, and charged me $75 a pop for emails with questions that were never answered or responded to. I fired him before I got the bill and found a batter lawyer that I am happy with. Getting the refundable part of my retainer back is a nightmare and the bill was full of fishy extra charges including adding an extra 45 minutes to the consultation (never happened) at 300/hr.
