I was charged with a crime which, if convicted, had me facing 30 years in prison. Mr. Bodiford thoughtfully and respectfully listened to my side of the case, came up with a strong defense and in the end won me a fair resolution which did NOT involve any prison time. I truly believe I got the deal I did because of the facts of the case but also due to who Mr. Bodiford is. The respect he recieved from both the judge in my case and the prosecuting attorneys was obvious from the jump and had to play a big role in the outcome of my case. Mr. Bodiford set my world right again and my family and I are forever grateful to him for the hard work he put in on my case over the 1.5 years it took to resolve it.
