Mr Thomas hired for a step child adoption, left initial deposit for 8 hours of work. Months went by with no communication, e-mails and phone calls were unanswered. First excuse was the receptionist, after this he promised to prioritize our case. Lost communication again, finally able to reach him again after weeks of phone messages and e-mails, says he was sorry, not the way he usually works, offered to continue to represent us, or to refund our money, however it would be in payments due to circumstances beyond his control. Due to Mr Thomas's unwillingness to do the work he was paid to do, he has wasted over 8 months of our time in what is a very important family matter.
