I used this attorney on advice of an aquaintance. He talked a good game and seemed kind and caring in during my first meeting with him. After he got his money it was hard to get a response from him, all his work is done by his paralegal (who has a serious attitude problem) and his advise for every difficulty was do it or give up. I feel ripped-off and taken advantage of. Not that Richard nor his paralegal really ever appeared to give a crap.
Getting him on the phone is one of the most time-consumming and tedious efforts I've ever had the displeasure of putting myself through. In my estimation this "attorney" is a money-grubbing slug with a questionable moral center. I will never trust Richard (Rick) Franzblau.
Before doing business with this or any attorney learn what questions to ask and what answers to look out for and GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
I caution you, in my opinion as a former client, Richard is NOT a capable, effective, or well informed attorney.
