Weston represtented us during a bankruptcy case after reading testimoinals on his website. Big mistake. After paying our deposit phone calls were never returned, we had no idea what was going on with the case for weeks. When he does call he is rude and arrogant. He left off an account on our bankruptcy filing and we were sued, causing us to lose hundreds of dollars, which he claimed was our fault. If you want the worst attorney in Kansas, this is your guy. And don't forget that ht's not accredited with the BBB. I wish I had read these reviews before using him.
