Dana is new to family law, which she have no business being in. She has no knowledge and when in court her arguments are weak and when challenged she flips through papers, stutters and just folds. She is unprepared and totally not knowledgeable. She talks a big game, but when it comes to action, she has ZERO. Find a different family attorney!!

The previous review was obviously given by one of her family members and should be stricken. Dana Grubesic is a bottom of the barrel lawyer that is relegated to doing collection actions as commensurate with her skills as an attorney. Her skill as a lawyer in collections is abysmal as well. There is no real skill involved in doing collections as this business model relies on default judgments to achieve success. When this lawyer is challenged in Court, she folds like a cheap suit. Incompetent, undisciplined, unprofessional and an over privileged upbringing. A graduate of Vanderbilt University an her law degree from University of New Mexico (from which why her legal skills may be quite inadequate). She had her own collections firm ( given to her by her late father)that has not surprisingly gone out of business, now working for one of the most nefarious collection firms in the U.S. To anyone that has a suit brought against them by this woman and her firm, FIGHT THEM ALL THE WAY!

I like her. she is great lawyer and mother. She makes a mean alfreado sauce and really knows her way around a BBQ. She is also a meme enthusiast which can really help lighten up a case.

I wonder what happened to this woman and her own immoral debt collection practice as it seems she is now working for one of the worst and inept practices in the southwest, Machol & Johannes? What happened Dana, couldn't cut it in the default judgment business on your own anymore? Did you lose that big CACH, LLC account to Joe Pezzuto? Anyone that is sued by her new place of employment and her should show up and fight as this "attorney" is totally incompetent at litigating a case properly. She is just a paper shuffler and can only do default judgements!

This so called lawyer is a reprehensible, hypocritical democrat debt collections hack that ruins the lives of poor people by suing them and robbing their bank accounts and paychecks! She can easily be beaten if people would just show up in Court and fight as there is no real proof they should be paying her clients anything at all! This lawyer has been observed in court when challenged and is totally unprepared and incompetent! Ifyou fight in court, drown her with discovery requests and fight their so called witness all the way! If you are being sued for alleged credit card debt and the specific alleged card account has an arbitration clause, motion to compel arbitration and take it out of court as they will not pay for the cost of the arbitration as it is extremely costly as they have to pay for it all and the amount could go into six figures easily!
This will force them to dismiss with prejudice! Dan Grubecic is as unethical as lawyers come and so is her failed husband, John Grubesic

Dana Grubesic's professionalism and intelligence are evident in every word she speaks. In spite of perhaps complex interactions in the past, her ability to stand up against injustice is truly commendable.
