He charged a flat rate and then did as little work as possible on my case. The work he did do was sloppy. He was difficult to deal with and did not want to answer questions I had. He did not prepare me for cross examination. The results were devastating. He told me outside the courtroom, 5 minutes before trial, that had I payed him 10 thousand he would of handled my case differently. This man has no ethics/standards. He will do only the minimal to avoid being sued for legal malpractice. He is looking to make as much money off his clients, doing as little as possible. He is supporting his fiance (who is also his legal assistant) and her three children, along with paying his x-wife child support for his own three children.
