He is terrible and a total salesman. It's money and ego despite the way he will try to flatter you. He will not go above and beyond all the while saying he's missing vacations for you and cares so much personally. He wouldn't fight, always suggesting mediation and caving. Once finally get a hearing he doesn't reveal who is subpoenaed for other side. Lost my three babies!!! Other lawyers have now reviewed his work all saying it was so so bad.
