Janet is a HORRIBLE ATTORNEY & PERSON!!I am an attorney myself. I warn you to stay away from this lady. I warn you to stay away from this lady. I filed bankruptcy after a long illness. She actually told me that it makes no sense for my husband, as step dad, to take out a 529. According to her "it's not his child"
She wanted details regarding future plans to build a home, that is not built. She also wanted details about a house we were building that I have nothing to do with. She is very jealous minded. She also attempted to suggest that house we owned was a fraudulent transfer since I added my husband in 2015 and I now filed in 2022.
I am filing a complaint against her. You may as well at the following: USTPRegion04.ax.ecf@usdoj.gov.
