As a former client, and based on my observation and experiences it is my “free speech” opinion that Chavos & Rau are shakedown and con artists. There were numerous breaches of fiduciary duties, including the failure to provide an accounting of legal fees, costs and to return to the client any undisputed funds. When I requested the above in writing, my settlement funds were frozen and I was threatened with a lawsuit if I did not pay them the demanded extortion monies. Beware of these Attorneys, they are danger and a threat to the general public.
