I choose Scott Card as my divorce lawyer per a recommendation. I was very let down. I don't think he wants to represent people, he wants their money. After the divorce was final there were quite a few things I would have changed has I know better now. As my lawyer, he should have known better from the get go. He and his paralegal were very slow, they sat on paperwork for months without making any progress. It took so much longer than is should have, even with my e-mails and calls to get things moving (which they bill you for). After all that, they filed in the wrong county and then gave me the wrong file number! They are not organized! I really wished I had gone with a different lawyer! One with better communication, better results, and definitely more prompt action.
