I can only assume the people below didn't favor the outcome of their case. Of course in these cases, one side is going to be upset with the GAL decision, his job isn't to appease both parties, but to look at what's in the best interest of the child and I've seen him drive countless hours all over the state to protect what in the best interest of my son. The other party even went as far as taking the decision to appeals court and it was still in our favor and what was best for my son, who is my stepson that ive been advocating for since he was 4. He was given a chance to succeed because of Mark Davis.

This attorney as a gal is as a previous comment stated, one sided and biased. He should not be allowed to practice. I'm in the process of filing a grievance against him along with several other families. If anyone has been subjected to Mr. Davis for their gal please contact me. He rips families apart based on what I must assume is something from his personal life experience. Beware of this man.

As a GAL he is one sided. Per the National/Local GAL/CASA Organization he has "duties" to uphold and he has failed them and most importantly failed the children he has promised to protect.
