Marie Briner company was hired to fight a child custody case which had been brought back into Court 4 years Post Divorce. After 1 year of providing and doing everything she requested as well as paying over $80,000 in payments - I am still no closer to resolution and now completely broke. I was immediately dumped when I said I could not pay the last invoice and now I am in the position of having no money left to pay for another attorney and a Court date in a few weeks. This company will suck you dry, tell you their lack of communication is because you asked them to then dump you in your darkest hour. I now have to represent myself in a very contentious trial with no legal representation. Steer clear of them if you do not want your life ruined.

Marie Briner was so horrible in handling my Divorce (and physical abuse) case that friends and family believe that my now-ex paid her off. DON’T hire her, DON’T pay her a red cent. She had me do all the leg work and did absolutely nothing with facts and numbers that proved my ex should have been thrown in jail. Still have her emails that support the fact she was aware of what was going on and did NOTHING but left me with a $70,000 bill to pay. Terrible, uncaring person and a horrible lawyer.
