I went to Kent Gearin because I liked how he made me feel, that I would be able to get the law on my side when it came right down to it, I mean who cares if you move to another county right. After my ex husband agreed to something at Christmas, he came back in saying he wasn't happy with it, after I was told I couldn't change my mind he was allowed to change his. On the one court appearance we had, we came to an agreement that we both thought was fair. After court we waited for papers just to get them and they be wrong. Mr. Gearins legal secretary even said they were wrong, and that they would be changed. We paid Mr. Gearin $3600.00 just to get our case started, we went to court one time but somehow we now owe him an additional $2600.oo. I'm no genius but it seems like a lot of money for nothing to be done. I am worse off now than I was and will be filing a complaint against Mr. Gearin.
