3 YEARS, NOTHING DONE. CAR WRECK, OTHER DRIVERS FAULT WITH WITNESS. 1ST OFFER 5200. 2 1/2 YEARS LATER 7200. NOW THEY DONT WANT TO ARBITRATE. BLAMES THE INSURANCE CO. THEY GET 3000 I GET NOTHING AFTER 4000 MED BILL PAID. 3RD LAWYER WITHOUT NOTICE IN THIS FIRM. NO EMAILS NO CALLS.

Changed my lawyer without telling me. This new one, had him a year wont return a once a month phone call from me, doesn't email any progress, as none has happened in a year. 7 calls in 2 weeks. No reply. Atty name Robert Haley

John Bales is not the problem here. It is his supervisor and the attorney he claims to be his "right hand". Both of those employees significantly effect the workplace. The right hand attorney harasses and stalks clients and co-workers alike. The supervisor is awful, she has no care about the employees and has absolutely no idea what she is doing. This has been the worst place ever to work at.

This law firm was the most inept, incompetent, ill-prepared law firm I have ever witnessed. Their case preparation and presentation was abysmal. I rank them at the very bottom of legal professionalism.

This is the worst law firm I have ever contacted. John Bales of Florida has the worst legal staff and assistance ever. He handled a case of failure to diclose documents in a real estate sale. His office has been on this case for 5 years and because of his lawyers leaving the firm has cost me over $100,000 dollars in the lack of services. His failure to do his job with any kind of diplomacy is a complete disaster in my case. TYhis man also has collected a payoff and is failing to transfer the funds to my account after telling me daily the funds are going to be depostied the office keeps telling me they made more mistakes and I need to sign more papers and fax them back to them. I have done this for a few days now and still have no funds deposited. What is wrong with the law office of John Bales? What has this legal system come to when all the lawyers are doing the worst job a lawyer can do and then screw up the case so badly that he gets a fee for doiung so badly?

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! This law group does not pay their client's medical bills and thus subjects the client(s) to legitimate lawsuits by the medical provider. This is unprofessional, and a breach of their fiduciary duty to protect their client's best interest.I have warned this attorney and his firm that their business practices leaves their client's vulnerable to lawsuits...and they basically DO NOT CARE because they , the attorney, makes more money. However, the client is at the most risk of being sued. I'm not sure if this attorney and his firm makes their client's aware of their practices...but I would suspect not. Remember, the client, not the attorney is in most threat of suit by the medical provider. And the client would then be subjugated to not only pay their medical bills, but additional attorneys fee, court fees , etc. The above is my actual experience and opinion of this group. I'm writing this reveiw as a first amendment free speech and the consumers right to know.
