Worked with Kirk Bernard and I can tell you from experience communication is not there strong point. I'd run from them and not believe the hype of these ambulance chasers.

Mr. Bernard is a very knowledgeable lawyer who cares about his clients. I had a very positive experience with his staff. The other paralegals and lawyers seem to really care about you as a client. It's a nice feeling when you're going through such difficult times.
