Lawyers like this should be in charge of little case that not require too much work. I lost my car accident case due to the fact that he "did nothing". He told me the case was easy and he did not need to do too much and the insurance lawyer will be doing the main thing. By the end I lost the case and he send me a bill. He is no longer working in his own law office but handeling small cases that not require too much to do. My advice will be "it is time to retire".
