Bobby Underwood began my divorce and completely dropped the ball. His lack of ability cost me alimony and he refused to handle property settlement during the divorce and said he would not go forward with it without an additional retainer. His communication was horrible and he failed to keep me up to date with the happenings with my case. When I would call for updates I was told by his secretary that he would call me back but he never did. Now, he tells me he no longer represents me due to a "conflict of interest." The only conflict of interest we have is I told him I was not happy with the way he handled my case or the lack of communication from his office regarding my case. PLEASE, if you value your case and want to win, AVOID BOBBY UNDERWOOD.
