Mr. Slaten and the insurance company settled a case for what the plaintiffs demanded without informing me, the defendant pest control company. I only found out about it months later when bidding my insurance and I ran a loss report. This happened several years ago and to this day he has yet to communicate with me about it. I definitely would not recommend him as an attorney. He likes to beat his chest and tell stories of how good he is, but then he does not deliver. In my opinion, he's an empty suit. I would not want him to represent me under any circustances.
