When hiring Replin, beware that it’s a good chance that she will not follow through with the job that she is hired for, barely return calls or any other form of communication, and you experience your first time filing a grievance through the Oklahoma Bar Association. She was hired for a simple divorce with a minor with DHS and continually stated that she was unsuccessful due to under staffing of DHS employees. She never produced draft of decree or custody agreement .. Totally scammed me out of $1200.

ricki is nothing but an overpriced paralegal, she will not stand up for you at all, the stress level dealing with her is overwhelming ,bad choice for a custody/divorce attorney . as dealing with her and Donna add immensely to the stress of the legal issues at hand. We had to fire her , and our new counsel mediated and resolved all issues immediately. where as , according to replin it was going to take years

Ricki is a competent attorney. However, the communication is very poor and I always felt unprepared an uninformed concerning my case and court appearances. I wish I would have read this reviews before hiring her because a lot of silly things were done by the opposing counsel in my case and nothing was ever done by Ricki so it always felt like my side was being pushed around. I grew tired of it after the first 3 months but waited because thought that it was going to be handled. I kept having issues and just couldn't get things like my restraining order ever done at month 6 so had to go ahead and switch attorneys. Things like communication are already much better with different representation and I fell much more informed and advised now concerning what to do and the direction that my case is headed. Ricki just seems overwhelmed with work and she just doesn't seem like she fights for her clients much at all so I would not recommend her services.

After 6 weeks I am still waiting on a reply to emails, texts, and phone calls. 6 days until discovery is due but she hasn't given me the questions to answer. 7 months of no child support and she still refuses to file contempt.she can't remember the dates to be in court and now I will be punished for not doing as told by the judge because she won't send me the appropriate documents. Only way she is a good attorney is when she represents opposing counsel. Don't waste your time or jeopardize your case.

never seen a lawyer get pushed around and have as much total disregard for the welfare of a client than ricki replin, @ 250.00 an hour, don't expect anything more than what the opposing side wants to give, because she will not fight for you.

If it doesn't get done where is the value in that. Had a divorce. She was unprepared, continually late and horrible to get in touch with. Appeared to have more cases than could be handled well. I would not recommend her to anyone

Ricky Replin is one of the worst attorney in Tulsa County to use for divorce. she does not communicate well at all she is unprepared many time when you discuss your case with her. she does not keep you informed she does not return phone calls if there is any way possible to look at another attorney...do so she is the worst attorney ever,put your money your time and your effort in an attorney who will work for you because she won't

I had a pretty cut & dry case. There were no disputes. My ex & I had already divided up everything & decided how much alimony etc. I filed in February, & finalized in December. A big part of this delay was due to lack of communication. She would take WEEKS to return emails/phone calls. The other HUGE part of the delay was the draft of the decree that we had to approve was VERY sloppy. I could've hand written my own decree better than the first 3 drafts she gave me, & of course every time we sent back a draft it took weeks to get a new one (without some of the corrections we asked for). IF she had taken the time to READ what she gave me many of her errors would've been discovered (contradictory statements because she forgot to erase old changes). Completely unprofessional. My ex was about to throw a fit & contest the whole thing because of her sloppy work! Oh & she forgot the QDRO. Overall I would NOT recommend her to anyone (except someone going against me in court).

Ricki handled my divorce 2012-2013. She kept me well informed and I felt like I could trust her with my best interest. She made sure that I undrestood the process and consequences of my decisions. I would recommend Ricki to anyone!!!al

She has been extremely difficult to get hold of. Tried to send e-mails and they were returned as undeliverable. Left phone messages, never returned the calls. This has been going on since June. Has not done the legal work we requested. Can only say, thank goodness we did not give her any money up front. Will be looking for another attorney to get the work done. She seemed like a very nice lady and we cannot understand why she has not responded. Very disappointing.

My divorce has been final for a while now, since 2012 and she still has not filed the paperwork yet so I can get my divorce papers. Need to better communicate with her clients. Jt

Bad communicator. Sometimes it takes weeks if not months to return call. I files a modification in February it will be 2 yrs and is still not settled. Papers were signed by a judge over a momth ago but she has yet to get it to dhs. If you have alot of money she does ok, if you don't you get put in the back and she goes slow. Not the good quality of thousands of dollars spent should be.

I had one of the worst cases in Tulsa county family court history. I can tell you that while Ricki is extremely busy and can take a few days to call you back; she gets results. The great thing about Ricki is she tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. She considers all loopholes and avenues, because she cares she wants you to be smart, and thionk about the reprecussions of any desicion that may affect your case. I refer her to many friends who are also happy with her. Realize that each case takes time, give her respect, with time to work your case and you will see a positive result. It is easy to feel ignored when you don't get instant answers but remember she is working just as hard for you as she is all her other clients. If you want somone who will do it right hire Ricki, if you want fluff call someone who doesnt have the experience she has. I give her the biggest compliment I can think of A retainer to represent me.

Ricki is a very busy Lady. People forget that when it comes to them. I used Ms Replin back in 1993 in a custody battle and she out performed any attorney I have seen and I have and know many. When it comes to Criminal cases she did well for me and yes communication is key to the public but outcome is the most important. Ms Replin came to handle my case after other Attorney's messed it up and she did fair in fixing it we are still working on it and I will let you know more after I get the end results. Be patient with her she does do good work she just has many clients and for us we have just ourselves. Thanks Ricki and I hope we finish this case up. I no its a so process. Paul

It takes two weeks sometimes more to Get a response from this lawyer When she talks to you she acts like you have the same knowledge as her. My divorce was suppose to be done by now and it's been almost 6months she is not professional once I paid her off she stopped working for me I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL

This attorney followed through with everything I asked her to do. She was efficient and returned phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend this attorney for anyone with a family law matter.
