Stay away from this attorney. He appears to be knowledgeable; however, he does not take your case with experience he should have. He showed up for court late on the first date without a game plan. He takes days if not weeks to get back to you in most cases. I requested an itemized billing statement and it took him 3 months to get it to me. He gave bad advise, which could have left me in a worse situation. He lied about filing a court date and didn't actually request the court date until I called him back a second time, which I verified with the court. He bills you for his lack of explaining the process and next steps. Also, he has a history of not being prepared for court and I wish I would have did my research, even though he was recommended by a friend, who I informed of his lack luster performance and then was advised they had the same problems. The final straw was when he made an error on the documents. Waisted over $2000.00 with this guy. BEWARE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
