We can never recommend this lawyer for a short sale. He took our retainer and never kept up with us, lied to us about a nonexistent foreclosure date, and didn't inform us of our actual foreclosure until the day AFTER it happened. He spoke with our real estate agent more than he spoke with us. Save your money on this one and don't bother with him. He did us a great disservice by becoming a lawyer.
