this lawyer is despicable We were at mediation discussing how our issues could be resolved when all of a sudden, our lawyer Mr. Mark Hanlon, the opposing lawyer Mr. Edward Philpot along with his client and the mediator Mr. R. Peter Taylor all left the room. Approximately 10 minutes later only Mr. Hanlon came back into the room. Told us the meeting was over and would not tell us why or look us in the face. After this meeting Mr. Hanlon became insistent that we settle. Telling us that it would cost over $87000.00 to go to court and even though the evidence was over whelmingly in our favor that the jury will give the opposition everything they want. He became a hostile lawyer. Telling us we should sell our forever house we just built because it was worth more then what we would lose if we settled. I also have over $30,000.00 in emails from him. $75.00 every 15 minutes

In my opinion save your money.in my opinion a child life is very precious when you fail in my opinion to do what is in the best interest of the child you loose creditability. I believe a good lawyer talks to all witnesses especially if that person is involved. this lawyer in my opinion hasn’t done that! To me he has failed the child and his client. A real shame.
