Brian Dratch is the worst lawyer ever. They tell you one thing and go back on their word. They don’t return emails, texts, phone calls and when you need help, he is on Vacation all the time. There is another lawyer that he relies on, Julian Wisely who also threatens you if you don’t take the deal. This is a chop shop and I am telling you to stay away. He is going through personal issues and he doesn’t care about anything. I think his father just gives him cases to keep his son busy. The most unprofessional Napoleon syndrome attorney I have ever met.

Brian Dratch is unprofessional, disrespectful and dismissive. Refuses to brief and follow up with client. Stay clear of this attorney!! If you are looking for someone to botch your case then this is the guy you should hire.

No communication whatsoever. Does whatever he feels like, doesn't consult you acts like it is only his case. Won't return calls, emails or faxes. Makes deals to drops charges against defendants without advising, and motions for dismissal without warning rather than stand up for your rights.The worst lawyer anyone has ever heard of. Beware!
