As a guardian ad-litem she is supposed to do what is in the best interest of a child which includes ensuring that both parents are involved in the childs life. Unfortunately she decided that she did not like the father and basically went out of her way to ensure he would not be in his child's life even though he wanted to. I do not think that is taking the best interest of the child at heart. In many divorces most dads are deadbeat which is a shame. However, if you have a parent that is willing to spend time and be his child he should be able to do that. Insted of doing what was best for the child she acted out of anger against the father.
