I have never in my life seen such horrible lawyering in my life. Mr. Hamayoon is incompetent, lies to your face, never returns phone calls, always late, looses important documents you give him, repeatedly insults you, is arrogant, and is completely unorganized. He failed me in my trial for custody ( I lost as my ex was given sole custody) because Mr. Hamayoon refused to subpoena records, call witnesses, or present the numerous pieces of evidence I had on my ex to support the fact he was an unfit parent. At one point during trial he stopped came up to me and asked me" What else should I say, I'm stumped". This is an attorney they give in Family court. Where people are fighting for there children. Watching him in trial was painful to say the least. I wouldn't doubt that he has had many malpractice lawsuits against him. Now he can add another one to his list.

Very disappointed in Steve. Promised me an easy resolution to my case but it dragged on for years, mostly because he said he would stay on top of it. It was like pulling teeth trying to get him to return my calls for updates. It occured to me that he was just not as knowledgable as he made himself out to be. I wish I'd seen all of these reviews before I hired him. The bad reviews definitely seem to carry much more weight than the good reviews. I will not use him for any legal matters again. Definitely not a lawyer I would recommend.

Used him on a real estate matter because a mutual friend recommended him to me. The guy claims he knows real estate but I got completely screwed because he has NO CLUE! He might know other types of law, but definitely not real estate AT ALL. I ended up getting another lawyer on another similar real estate matter I had and the difference was night and day. Just goes to show that you have to get someone who knows what they are doing, and in my case with Steve, he simply doesn't know. Sorry to our mutual friend, but I'm being honest.

I personally had a GREAT experience with Mr homayoon. Was very knowledgable on my case and always called me back right away. I would recommend him definately

Sorry, but this guy is HORRIBLE! He couldn't be bothered with preparing any paperwork on a timely basis for me, he never answered my calls or emails, he left me hanging! I got the feeling he only was interested in representing me once I retained him and then after that he was pretty much a ghost. No way on earth I would recommend him to anyone, even if the guy offered his services for free.

There isn't enough room here to list everything wrong this lawyer did in my case. He is unbelievably lazy and obviously could not care less about how serious the case was. He was never available, he never responded to correspondence, and he didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Incompetent and very unprofessional! I would not recommend Mr. Homayoon under any circumstances.

I wish I could give a below zero star rating here for this "attorney". I am a paralegal with 20 years experience and I have dealt with hundreds of attorneys throughout my career, and Mr. Homayoon is by far one of the worst out there. I should have used an attorney I knew, but I used Mr. Homayoon on the recommendation of a personal friend of his. WHAT A MISTAKE. Mr. Homayoon is very lazy, incompetent, and unknowledgable. The glowing reviews I found of him online must have been written by his friends. I don't know if his case load was too much for him to be able to handle my own case which actually was pretty straightforward and uncomplicated, but thank god for the attorney on the other side was reasonable and helpful because he was the only one doing any work and more accomplished from his pushing the case through than Mr. Homayoon ever did for me. He was impossible to get in touch with and never returned calls or replied to emails or letters from either myself of the other attorney. He

I have used Mr. Homayoon for several matters, he is very thorough and he cares about his client. He will communicate to you in detail what can and can't be done and you can agree to disagree and he doesn't hold it against you, but will let you know what is in your best interest. He is truly a DIAMOND.. I would highly recommend him for multiple reasons. He also will not trying to haggle you for more money. He gives you a price and he works to keep it within what he quotes.

Excellent attorney, Knowledgeable and tenacious, HE KNOWS Marital law and FAMILY law and CARES for his client giving excellent advice. When it comes to law I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE COMPETENT ATTORNEY True his professionalism as far as returning phone calls is trying and paperwork is slow but keep trying he will eventually call back As far as value Never had an attorney who billed as Honestly and conservative as Homayoon. Mr. Homayoon is a bit eccentric but WELL WORTH THE MONEY $$$

he will go the extra mile for his client. He truly is a rare individual he is out for justice not there to rob his clients. He believes in his clients and he stands in total support of them.
