I felt that neither me nor my case was taken very seriously and that not enough attention was paid to me or my case in order for it to be successful. In my opinion, my case was not handled in a professional manner.

I was very disappointed in my results from dealing with Mark. The biggest disappointment is the lack of effort. I understand not winning or having an outcome not being happy with, but getting that result with no effort to even win is just impossible to accept.
