this guy has only one game plan -- vexatious. he'll use the words fraud, willingly, knowingly, intentional, criminal , blah blah blah enough in his pleadings so much to attack his adversary that he feels entitled to then ask the judge to strike all of opposition's pleadings. he lies to the court constantly. I filed a bar complaint against him and will most likely file a civil suit as well. he needs to be disbarred. just met another legal professional the other day who said she caught him in a huge lie to the court --the judge was pissed -- brought him into chambers -- Friedman apologized for his unethical behavior. I'm shocked he hasn't been disbarred already.

Dont help me howard. Get out of family law and stop hurting families in the name of greed. In my opinion, this lawyer should move into ponzi scheme litigation because they are accustomed to lawyers who lie in court. Piece of dirt.

Compliant with Law, contents herein are my “opinion”. Howard Friedman, with reckless disregard, harmed my kids in an irreparable way. My kids have never been exposed to Friedman-type adults who disregard their well-being-at least up until now and all in the name of greed for him and his client. My youngest CRIES every single day, thanks to this lawyer and his voluminous material misrepresentations to the Court, during Trial, in the form of “proffered lies”. Why would the Judge permit this? Egos were stung because, unlike typical litigants,I fearlessly shared truth). Arrogant lawyers & Judges only respond favorably to their advocates, of which I am NOT. Friedman and ethics are like oil and water; they will never integrate. My kids are his latest casualty. This “Einstein” lawyer engaged in a "side bar" with the Judge scheming on how they would "back each other up" if either of them were called to point during my pending appeal, all captured on official transcript (not good for Friedman).

This guy does NOT give free consultations either! I talked to about 12 lawyers before I picked one to do my divorce. Fredman was the only lawyer that charges for consults. How cheap and greedy can you get. how does this guy get any clients?
