Took my money. Took my info. Vanished.
Now after 4 months and threats of bad reviews, she replied and promised to finish case. Vanished again.

Paid legal fees for a BK case that is still not filed after providing her with all the information needed to move forward. It has been a very long process that should not have been. Case is still not filed. She is very unresponsive, does not return phone calls in a timely manner, nor respond to emails. Phone number on her website goes to voicemail most of the time. Most contact with her is via email, where weeks may go by before she responds. She took my money and the case is still not filed. I would not recommend hiring her!

Professional and thorough. Communication is perfect either by phone, email and in person. Ms. Atkinson treats you as a person, even as a friend and will help you through the legal process flawlessly. I highly recommend her.

Absolute no respect for her clients Terrible, terrible, terrible communication. Simply would not provide basic information on case status. This was consistent throughout the duration of the process. When confronted about her lack of communication, she became defensive. She was only prompt in the cashing of checks. She did complete the bankruptcy. However, after the case was discharged, no effort from her to follow up or even ensure I received a copy of the discharge. Never heard from her once. No email, no calls, not even a text. Stay away from this "lawyer". She has no place in a customer/client based profession.

Mrs. Atkinson did a very good job for us. She and her office guided us through Chapter 7 for a great price. They even helped us prepare critical forms during and after the process. When we met with her, she was very personable and thorough with all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend her, and I think it should be pointed out that two of the negative reviews on here are the same, but different dates. Thanks, Mrs. Atkinson!

This lawyer is bad since she will call you right away to get your business, but as soon as you sign on the bottom line, she will no longer make effort to return calls or answer questions. She and her office will sit on important tasks like addressing federal tax issues that come about in the midst of your bankruptcy case. We nearly were in trouble with the IRS because our taxes were not paid as we thought they were through the bankruptcy. Find another lawyer.

This lawyer and her associate is awesome. They were both new what they were talking about, answered all my questions in detail. they informed of all my procedures and what is expected of me. Im curious as to the other ratings on here....Im guessing they didnt like what they had to hear. Some people are never satisfied.

This lawyer, took my money, never answered all of my questions or inform me in it's entirety regarding everything involved in filing! She's a crook and I wouldn't recommend her, I paid her in full and she didn't even file my case! Stay away, there are other lawyers out there.
