Tiffany was my attorney back in 2004, so hopefully she has learned something and gotten some experience. What I learned was that she was afraid of the Judge, had no experiene and shushed me any time I tried to respond to the lies being told by the other party. My subsequent attny said she would would have asked for a change in judge, knowing what is known about Judge Svetkey, and would never have done what Tiffany did, in or out of the Hearing. We all change, and hopefully grow, which is what I would hope for Tiffany if she still is practicing law, and wants to have any satisfied clients.
