my husband and i have requested this firm to represent us for a home modification since august of 2009.we have just receive a letter stating that they no longer can represent us.Their reason was they have exhausted all efforts to come to a resolution to gain our lenders cooperation and finalize our case.The firm is telling us that we can just send an update about our financial information every 3o days and they said this does not require legal representation.I wish Tomasa Cameho Calienes had said this before accepting a payment of 1,800.00 to negotiate with our lender.We feel that this firm should have had a resolution with our case before they terminate our agreement.This is a verry bad lawyer!!And no one should use them.
