She doesn't answer any of her calls, shows up late dor court, the last time she didn't show up at all had my husband wait for 3 hours which is unfair. You pay them all your money and they just treat your case like you still owe them. I feel if you hire an attorney they should try their best to work with you and not treat you like your life doesn't matter.

RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, I HIRED THIS LADY TO REPRESENT MY HUSBAND AND SHE PROMISED ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS TO GET HIM INTO COURT EARLIER THAN HIS ORIGINAL COURT DATE WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, SHE GOT IN COURT AND ASKED FOR A 60 DAY CONTINUANCE. FROM THAT POINT, THINGS GOT WORST, SHE WOULDNT ANSWER NOR RETURN CALLS, HAD HER ASSISTANT LYING FOR HER EVERYDAY SAYING SHE WASNT IN THE OFFICE BUT YET OTHER INMATES WOULD CALL THE FIRM RIGHT AFTER ME AND THEY WOULD TRANSFER THEM TO HER AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME A ARM AND A LEG TO REPRESENT HIM. HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE VERY POOR AND HER RECEPTIONIST PARTAKE A HUGE ROLE IN SCHEMING TO LIE FOR HER....DEEANN TURNED OUT TO BE A PATHICAL LIER AND VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY...SHE'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND AFTER SHE TAKE YOUR MONEY, SHE'LL PASS EVERYTHING OVER TO MARLENE WHICH IS HER HALF KNOWLEDGABLE ASSISTANT....BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY, I RECOMMEND NORMAN HARRIS OF THE WHITMAN LAW FIRM, EXCELLENT ATTORNEY....

i was charged for crimes i did not commit, and ms. athan promised she could win my case. i paid her in full $15,000 to to just that, but once she got the money i no longer was of any interest to her. i actually cited my own case law, wrote my own motion to suppress the charges and in the end had to accept a deal for the state. it's about the money!in the end she and escabar and associates took the credit for my hard work and even tried to use my case as advertisement for new clients. i was applaud! do yourself a favor if you want a good criminal trial attorney run from here, but look up lee aan goudi

dee ann did a horrible job on my case. cost alot to retain and an my opinion could have got a better deal. the case did go my way but she did jack**** in the way of papper work she did.when i went to expung there was huge problems with documention on one of my charges. unless you got a murder or****charge and got 30,000 grand to pay her, find another lawyer. horrible at communication, you will only be able to talk with her assistant who has little schooling and not that knowledgable.

She is an amazing lawyer. She fights for you and makes you feel very comfortable and does what she can to get you out of the situation you are in. My friends husband was charged with 2 counts of RICO and 2 counts of Trafficking in Cocaine 400g-150K all first degree felonies his charges went down to 1 count of possession of cocaine and 1 count of conspiracy to deliver which are third degree felonies. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THIS: YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS IF SHE REPRESENTS YOU
