I don't understand why people are shooting this lawyer down, I have used him twice and have not had any problems whatsoever !!! He got me out of trouble with simple fines and community service when I probably should have went to prison, I always have and will use and recommend this attorney !!!!

He gave me a card that shows he was paid in full and for me to be back may 15 i called him on14th he tells me my court date was on 13thhe never called or anything n when i askd him y he didnt call he said he'll call me back n i haven't heard from him since hes ignoring all calls

This lawyer let my simple case drag out for months. He would just shoe up to court and not push for a resolution. He missed my courtdate and when I called him from court he was in another city more than an hour away from where he was supposed to be in court with me. Then he told me he need more money! He is a terrible lawyer.

This lawyer showed up to court without knowing my case or having my file with the documents that were supposed to go to the judge. He failed to defend me. When I told him that I payed him to better represent me, he turned around and walked away! He almost cost me custody of my children. When my children's mother committed perjury, Mr. Brightmire did not allow me to speak up, nor did he use the written documentation that showed perjury was being used. He made me look horrible and thats not my lawyers job to guess what my case is about because he doesn't remember, he needed to know what my case was about!! Do not hire this lawyer, it may affect your case in the worst way!
