I was not satisfied with the reprentation as a plantiff. Felt that representation was mediocre to say the least. Would not recommend the firm to anyone!Failed to adequately represent me. Defense attorney introduced evidence that was not part of discovery with no objections from my attorneys. New York County Judge Marilyn Diamond heard the case and had issues also that were inconsistant with other judges. She is also a very controversial judge and has several federal investigations against her pending!
