We retained Mr Warmbrodt and his office for a messy parental termination and adoption case. Mr Warmbrodt and and everyone in his office has been so great! Mr Warmbrodt was extremely thorough with explaining processes, expectations of hearings and trials, all options as well expenses. Mr Warmbrodt, Kelli,Chelsea, and Becca were all helpful and replied to any and all correspondence in a timely manner. They were always so polite and I never felt like I was bothering them with any of my questions. They were very supportive through this whole process (3 1/2 years!! - thanks Covid!) and truly made me feel as if they had my family’s best interest at heart. This firm genuinely cares about their clients and I would recommend them to anyone needing an attorney.

I am very satisfied with services from Mr Warmbrodt and lawyers from the firm. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They helped me on a divorce case. Documents were prepared on time, handled well with court, and communication was efficient. Lawyer listened and provided advices. The firm put client interest as the first priority.

Randy is a cheat. Over charge, lack of professionalism and makes deals with opponent lawyer behind the door to drag the case and keep bleeding you. Beware!

Randall Warmbrodt represented my friend, he had multiple issues that ultimately went all the way to trial. Every staff member was patient, respectful, and cooperative during the most difficult time in my friends life. Mr Warmbrodt took time to explain difficult paper work and he would personally call him to explain it in layman’s terms so that it made sense. I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt and Associates to any person going through a major life transition, such as divorce.

Mr. Warmbrodt's with Warmbrodt, Winslow & Associates was phenomenal. My friend went through a custody case. Mr. Warm brodt really helped my friend to gain shared custody. The process went so much better than we all anticipated. I am extremely grateful that friends case worked out great. I highly recommend Attorney Randall Warmbrodt and associates.

Mr. Warmbrodt and his firm were knowledgeable, had tenacity, commuunicated well, and we felt provided such great quality. Him and his team jumped right on our case and we hit the ground running. Our children were taken from us and we needed someone who would fight for us. Mr. Warmbrodt was incredible because he knew just what to do. I interviewed 3 other attorney’s before retaining Randall Warmbrodt, about 6 months ago. I chose Randall Warmbrodt because I felt like he and his staff were very professional and on point.
Going through a divorce after 9 years of marriage is a very stressful time and it was new territory for me. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow truly had my children and my best interest at heart. It was a lengthy battle and I was often feeling very defeated by the actions of my ex to the point where I just wanted to give in, just to be done with it. They were very patient as well as candid with me and took the time to explain what some of my “hasty decisions” could mean for my children and me in the future.
I would highly recommend Mr. Warmbrodt if you are dealing with an irrational ex and child custody issues because he is extremely knowledgeable, organized and will take the time to make sure you are kept informed about your case.

We regret having retained this firm for our child custody case. Randy missed an important filing deadline and came unprepared to our first hearing. Then he overcharged several times and even double billed us during Discovery for preparation he had already done for the trial he almost completely botched for us. He threatened to withdraw as our counsel anytime there was a deadline looming and he wanted to extort money from us. He failed to respond to emails and phone calls were forwarded to their billing department if they wanted a payment. This is after having paid almost $20K. In total were charged over $40K before he finally did withdraw as counsel blaming me for illegally contacting the court when I thought our case was going to be dismissed due to him failing to request a trial date on our behalf after our case was set on the Dismissal Docket. This firm and the guy are a disgrace to the legal professional. We are filing with the Bar too.

I am fortunately that this is my first time filing for divorce but unfortunately, I did not know the proper questions to ask so consequently, Randall took the opportunity to take advantage of that. We came to an agreement of $2500 and I would pay filing fees and process server fees, he did nothing but ask for an additional $1250. When I questioned this instead of helping me understand a process I'm not familiar with, he ignored me for two days and then I got and email, from Mercedes, to withdraw as my counsel. It must be nice to make that kind of money and do nothing. I've talked to other people and have a new attorney and no one seems to understand your practice. I really hope you sleep well at night knowing you took money away from a single mom, with two kids, daycare, car payment, etc. If you are looking for an attorney and reading this, I beg you to find another attorney, do NOT use Warmbrodt & Associates.

He bills excessively. I paid 2.5 times more than what my ex paid. After dumping 20K with this guy, he didn't even include my specified name change in the divorce decree. When I challenged him about unwarranted fees, he sat across from me, looked me in the eye and said he would sue me. I should have gone elsewhere but couldn't afford to start all over again. He is not compassionate, utilizes bullying tactics and is focused mainly on $$$. Don't use him especially if you are female. An ex-partner of his wouldn't take my ex's case because of her first hand experience with him. He is unscrupulous.

Stellar service! This is the best experience I have ever had with an attorney. He is aggressive to win your case, knowledgeable, very efficient staff and delivers results. He and his staff are on top of your case. They contacted me regularly for an update on simple matters and responded immediately to my inquiries.
For those of you saying he is money hungry- I can assure you he is not. He took my case out of compassion! He took an initial 2.5 hours with me to go over options and asked me to consider the direction overnight. He asked to see pictures of the children involved. Mr. Warmbrodt gets paid, like all of us, but clearly his passion is to help his clients!
He is my FIRST choice and I would recommend him to anyone in need of powerful results.

BEWARE snake in the grass.We won our case after many months and many many $$. Now it's non stop harassment. Billing $20 for an email from his office to me, asking me a question. We paid in cash. Before your court date, he will send you a bill and tell you it needs paid before your appearance. If you've been screwed, please write a letter to the Bar. I've come to know many a person he's ripped off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Same as everyone elses. Told my wife it would be $2500, now is trying to add another $4000 to the bill and he's done squat, jack, nothing, notta, zip. This guy survives by acting like a lawyer and ripping everyone off. Him and his office are a cluster. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Run Forest, run.

First, he is very expensive, due to the fact that he is disorganized and therefore needs a lot of billed hours to prepare. Then, he is terrible in the courthouse, rambles endlessly. The judge got impatient with him many times. He lost our case, then lost his temper with us. Now, he is threatening to sue us about his exorbitant fees. He also can't keep his staff so you have to deal with new people and reexplain the case 3 or 4 times within 12 months.

When I first contacted him he told me that he could take care of my case for $1500, then it ended up costing me more than $5000 and he still didn't do anything!! He charged me for everything and every correspondence at outrageous charges and I had to get another lawyer that actually won my case for less than half what this jerk did. STAY AWAY!!!!

He withdrew from my case and sent the opposing counsel because I DARED to ask questions about the OUTRAGEOUS way he bills (a 5 text conversation ie. 3 from him and 2 from me = 1 hour of billable time. @ 0.2 Hours per text, or $350 for a 2 minute text conversation)He charged me 15k within 2 weeks. DO NOT USE HIM. I BELIEVE HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR THEFT. The person who benefited most from his "representation" in my case is him.

Poor doesn't describe the experience we had with Mr. Warmbrodt. There is no question he actually let our case go on longer than it should have so he could bill our family for over $70,000 in less than 6 months. Unethical, uncaring and a terrible value would describe this attorney. He may have a good track record and will likely win your case but you will lose every dollar you have in the process. Thanks for nothing sir. I hope you enjoy your money now becuase you can't use it when you're gone.

This man has no ethics. Will tell you one thing and do another. He will tell you what you want to hear for no other reason but to get your money. His assistants are ill informed to the issues of your case. Office always has excuses about not having sent out billing statements. Does not return phone calls as promised by staff. Oh yeah, he will yell at you too. He made an already stressful situation almost intolerable. If you want to be bullied, threatened, and yelled at then he is your guy. For my money, over 20k, finding another attorney, any attorney would be a better bet. Did in fact have to find counsel to replace him. However if you have unlimited funds from a pending divorce and are willing to tolerate his boorish behavior then you've found a winner.

I agree with the other client ratings. I spent an enormous amount of money with this lawyer. The work was so poor that I had to pay another lawyer thousands of dollars to correct the final legal documents.
