Does not always (after leaving repeated messages) return phone calls. In my case said he requested records he did not request according to my doctor's office and did not ultimately obtain them until the day of the hearing; poor preparation. Appears rather arrogant (puts his hand up while you are talking in a dismissive way). I would not use him again.
