Exceptional knowledge on a vast assortment of legal issues. Great communication based on convenience of the client, not business hours. Fights for his clients regardless of what obstacles are thrown in his way. The quality of Mr. Barr's work shows through his track record of happy clients and colleagues. As for value, this one is a little tougher to describe and here's why. When we retained Mr. Barr, we didn't realize or expect him to become more like family. After working with Bill and getting to know him, he became an invaluable asset as any family member is. The money he made for our case was only a fraction of what he really deserved for all the hours he put into our case without question. This site says I'm responsible for my review and I have no problem referring Mr. Barr to anyone for a great attorney as he knows I will certainly retain him again. -J. Dowdy
