I had to do most of the work myself. He didn't even know which part of my body needed my claim opened back up. I've been trying for 3 days to contact his assistant and him. Neither one has had the courtesy to respond. Yet he's had the time to go on Twitter. I guess I will now have to go to the board of attornies and find out what my rights are, and who will answer my questions that he is avoiding. What a waste of time this has been, he was recommended by a friends attorney, then I found out he didn't even know Weekley! I wish I would have seen this site first, I would have looked elsewhere!

This guy seems works for the insurance companies.. He's either stupid or lazy or both. You are better off to represent yourself.

He was my workman comp attorney. Yet he did as little as possible to help my case. He was rude and seemed to be more in tune with thier side then for me for which he was attained to defend. Do Not Use This Attorney as You Will Lose Your Case.
