Was never able to speak with him yet he accepted my case against Chrysler. His paralegal NEVER called me I always had to make the call for updates and to get any information. When I would call I would be told by a secretary that she will return my call. NEVER was a call returned. I would have to make 3-4 attempts to get a person. When I was told an email would be sent with final outcomes and next steps, I never received an email and spent the next week trying to get a hold of the paralegal. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!
