I filed BK a year ago and it was discharged in May, a former employer is illegally withholding $26k from me even though he is listed on the bk and never showed up at creditors meetings. Stan Bond was supposed to be handling the simple and straightforward situation, however, he waits 6 weeks to 2 months to call back. He will promise to call with an answer in a couple of days and then ignores my calls for 2 months. Because of this, I have lost my house and car that would have been paid for with that money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HIM!!!
